His powerful words
Send me crashing
Into what was
Unattainable bliss

Impatient wanting
Clawing at my beating heart
Attacking my senses
Invading my thoughts
Clouding my conscious mind

Drowning in him
I reach out to hold on
But its too late
There's nothing there
Just inconceivable emptyness

And I Blink
